Invisalign® may be what you are looking for for your adult orthodontic care. Rather than traditional brackets, bands, and wires, Invisalign® uses a series of custom-made, clear plastic aligners that shift teeth into place. As the name suggests, they are clear enough to be almost invisible, which makes them an excellent, discreet option to maintain a professional appearance. Invisalign® aligners are also removable, so you are free to enjoy sports, playing instruments, taking selfies, and eating whatever you want.
Aligners are completely custom, created for your teeth to form a personalized care plan outlined by Dr. Groover. Aligners will be rotated every 1-2 weeks, and you will continue to attend your regular dental checkups during the course of treatment. The aligners are just as effective as braces and can shift teeth horizontally, vertically, or even rotate them if necessary. Invisalign® can also be used to correct bad bites.
